Silent Skate is committed to protecting your privacy. The following states the information practices for the Silent Skate website. The information we collect through our order forms and account pages includes your name, company name (if applicable), telephone number, credit card number and expiration date, billing and shipping addresses, and email address. We use this information to process your orders, answer questions, and incorporate your suggestions into our services or products to make them better. Silent Skate DOES NOT sell, trade, or rent any of this information to anyone else. All the information we collect from you remains protected and private within our own database system. Occasionally, we may email you information about new products or services, or special sales. However, anyone who receives such emails always has the option to refuse any future notices by sending us an email with REMOVE in the subject line. This remove option is stated in all emails we send out.

SECURITY
We also understand that you may have concerns about using your credit card to make purchases online. Rest assured that when you order products from the Silent Skate website, your credit card information is protected. By using the widely-accepted Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption technology, we are able to keep your credit card number safe. Your credit card information cannot be read by another party as it travels to our ordering system. In addition, your credit card number is encrypted in our database, which makes it impossible to view by anyone except our authorized employees.

SHIPPING POLICY
Most Orders will be shipped either by FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail or standard UPS Ground service. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of processing.

RETURNS
Not satisfied with your purchase? You have 30 days to return your order. We do not charge any restocking fees. Some conditions apply:

1. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any shipping/handling fee regarding returned or exchanged merchandise.

2. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

3. All returns must be unused, in new condition and in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals. We will not accept physically damaged or used products. Returns must be received by Silentskate.com within 30 days of date of delivery. Please use the Return Form included with your order.

4. All decks will break eventually. If you feel that your deck has broken as a result of a manufacturing defect, please contact us for instructions on how to file a claim.

5. No returns are accepted without prior authorization. Please e-mail us before you return anything. It is recommended that return packages be insured. Silentskate.com will not be responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise.

6. If you are returning a product because we made a mistake in processing your order, we will send you a pre-paid return label. In this case, you will not be responsible for any shipping charges.

7. Delivery "Transit days" DO NOT include weekends starting Friday 4pm PST.

8. Orders leave our warehouse 1-3 business days after order is placed before transit days begin.

9. If you are returning product, we advise shipping it via UPS. You are also responsible for keeping the tracking number.

10. "Days" are Business Days Monday through Friday only.

11. Delivery "Transit days" DO NOT include weekends starting Friday 4pm PST.

12. Orders leave our warehouse 1-3 business days after order is placed before transit days begin.

13. If you are returning product, we advise shipping it via UPS. You are also responsible for keeping the tracking.
